We are only 20 minutes off I-95. Much closer to commercial airport..Jacksonville Airport is only 30 minutes away.2) Private, relaxing atmosphere. Minimal traffic congestion, beaches and restaurants never crowded.3) Better weather. Warmer in winter, cooler in summer by a few degrees. Fewer hurricane risks which could impact your vacation.4) Better beach and ocean. We are not aware of any issues with riptide or red tides. Beach is much longer and wider.5) Beauty. Tree-lined biking trails beat highrise-lined streets in Destin.6) Better rental value for your money. This unit would rent for 30% more in Destin.Fireplace, jacuzzi tub, 3 TVs, 2 VCR, DVD, full kitchen, gas grill, ceiling fans, and other amenities. Bedrooms include one king, one queen, and two twins. Hairdryers in each of the 3 bathrooms. Safe for valuables in master. Separate shower and bathtub with jacuzzi in master.Within gated Amelia Island plantation, close to golf, tennis, shopping,bike trails, water slides, putt-putt, and renowned restaurants. Enjoy running, biking or dolphin watching on the wide and beautiful beaches of Amelia Island.This is great location for football fans coming for Super Bowl, GA-FL game, or Jaguars games. This is just a few miles from the Ritz-Carlton, which is the NFL headquarters during Super Bowl week.
