Both properties are located near Camden, Rockport, and Belfast. Each sleeps eight. A weekly waterfront holiday rental by the lake or by the sea.

Sprongbrook Hill Guesthouse:
If you crave the sea, then our luxurious 4 bedroom guesthouse is the place for your next vacation. Overlooking Penobscot Bay just two miles north of Camden Maine, you can experience the soft ocean breeze and glorious view from this welcoming accommodation.
The Springbrook Hill Guesthouse shares an 8 acre estate with the main house and is newly remodeled to a high standard. This two story vacation rental is fully carpeted with a hardwood entry hall and stairway. The furnishings are contemporary and comfortable. After a day spent enjoying the numerous attractions that Camden, Belfast, Rockport, and other midcoast towns have to offer, come home to the Guesthouse for a barbeque on the large open lawn facing the water. Relax in front of the large fireplace on cool nights, and enjoy the view of Penobscot Bay from the great room, featuring a combined living room, dining room and kitchenette. The Guesthouse sleeps 8 with 3 bedrooms on the first floor (2 king, 2 singles) each with en suite bath and AC. Upstairs is a 4th bedroom (queen) also with en suite bath and AC. There is a washer and dryer in the basement

Washington Lake Cottage:Our secluded cottage on Washington Lake is the perfect get away for fresh water enthusiasts. Explore the possibilities of this newly renovated 4 bedroom camp, Only 1/2 hour from Camden Maine, All the privacy you want, yet accessible to all the local attractions; museums, fine dining,shopping, etc. This beautiful camp sits right on Washington Lake. The interior and two fully screened porches have been completely renovated in 2004 to a very high standard. Amenities include washer/dryer, dishwasher, newly furnished rooms throughout with beautiful pine floors downstairs and carpeting upstairs. There is a new kitchen with a separate breakfast nook and two full baths. Every room enjoys stunning views of this pristine lake.
