The house was built in 2002 to create a home that could be shared for a multifamily vacation. Our family lives all over the United States. When we would rent homes in Cape Coral for our "get togethers" we had great difficultly finding fully appointed, yet affordable, homes that had more then 4 bedrooms. So we decided to build one! We enjoy vacations so much more when they are shared with friends. And the Cape Coral Family House offers the perfect opportunity to share an economical Florida Vacation with your family and friends! Families can stay at the Family House for less then they would spend renting rooms at a hotel with only a fraction amenities!

 This home is a place for a large family or several families to get together and enjoy an economical family vacation in Florida, but not at the expense of enjoying some luxury! The house has a total of six bedrooms. 4 of those bedrooms have King Sized beds. The two other rooms have single trundle beds (perfect for children who might fall out of a full-sized bed!) and can sleep two each so the house can hold a total of 12 people comfortably. The house has a beautiful view, a disappearing edge pool and sits on a canal basin that intersects with three-gulf-access canals in southeast Cape Coral. This is a perfect house for a MULTI-FAMILY VACATION and economical enough for single families to rent.

 Stunning Disappearing Edge Pool. The steps in the shallow end are wide enough for little ones to sit and splash around. The disappearing edge pool gives the optical illusion of the pool being filled by the canal and is flanked on the sides with beautiful planters and waterfalls with a spa that spills over into the pool. Pool and spa are electrically heated for your comfort. All doors that go out onto the pool are fitted with a bell alarm that sounds so you know if your little ones go outside with out you. Large lanai and patio area for entertaining. A large grill and patio furniture are included so you can make some wonderful memories enjoying Florida family cookouts!

Rental Rules and Policies:

 The property will be held for clients on request provided that a deposit of $800 is received within 14 days of booking.
 
 Full payment is due 45 days in advance of your arrival date or you will lose your confirmation.
 
 Deposit is refundable if you cancel with 45 days notice in writing.
 
 Deposit 50% refundable up to 30 days notice.
 
 Deposit not refundable with less then 30 days notice.
 
 Your deposit then can act as your security deposit and is refundable after your stay is completed and the house is checked for damages.
 
 Minimum stay is 7 days (exceptions can be made off season).
 
 Sorry, no smoking inside the house - please smoke outdoors.
 
 Check in is 4pm. Check out is before 11am.

 All rates are subject to state tax - currently 9%
 
 $150 cleaning fee up to 6 persons
 
 $350 cleaning fee from 6 up to 12 persons 
 

Rental Rates:

 Subject to change without notice.
 
 High Season - (Nov 1 – April 30)  $1475 per week for 2 adults & children under 6
 
 $150 per week for each additional person age 6 & over
 
 A 20% surcharge will be added for 2 weeks at Christmas Holiday and Easter Holiday.
 

 
 Low Season (May 1st - Oct 31st)  $1200 per week for 2 adults & children under 6
 
 $125 per week for each additional person age 6 & over
 

 
 20% discount for rentals from the last week of August through last week of October.
