You'll feel as if you're staying in a resort at Sea Haven, without paying expensive resort prices.  Our beautifully decorated three-level home has just been completed, and has had loving attention paid to every detail.  Sea Haven has spectular unobstructed views of the beautiful, white sand beaches and natural sand dunes of the Gulf of Mexico and is located in Sea Grass, a new planned, beach-front development on Cape San Blas.

Relax by your own private pool after a full day of fun on the beach, enjoying music from the outdoor speakers.  The beach is just a short walk past our pool and down the boardwalk.  You also have access to the subdivision's community pool and clubhouse.  You may want to fire up the gas grill to savor the fresh seafood available in the area.

We have many custom features, including wood floors, bead-board trim, ceramic tile, stainless steel appliances, and three walk-in tiled showers.  The full-size kitchen is equipped with top-of-the line appliances, including a separate icemaker, and a full selection of gourme-quality cookware.  You will enjoy spectacular sunsets while dining on the porch just off the kitchen.

Sea Haven has been designed for extended families or multiple families vacationing together.  Our home has three master bedrooms and a kids' room with two sets of bunk beds.  Each bedroom has its own private bath.  There is also a fifth bedroom on the ground floor with its own bath, which is perfect for older kids or grandparents.  The den has a queen-size sleeper sofa.  You will find that our home offers you plenty of gathering space, while also providing extra space for personal quiet time.

After a full day of fun in the sun, the kids can wind down in the first-floor media room watching their own TV with surround sound, or they can compete in a game of ping-pong in our ground-floor rec room.  The second-floor kitchen opens into the great room, providing a perfect setting for fun family gatherings.  We have a provided a full library of books, movies, and games for the entire family.

Sea Haven is located within a short distance of St. Joseph Peninsula State Park, rated #1 beach in the United States for 2002.  In addition to the award-winning beach, this state park also offers nature trails throught beautiful natural dunes, fishing on the beach, and an abundance of birds.  You may also see dolphins off the shore and small Cape deer on the trails.  St. Joseph Bay is ideal for canoeing, kayaking, scalloping, and snorkeling.  Nearby stores and outfitting companies can provide the necessary equipment for all types of activities.

 For shopping, antiques and excellent restaurants, Appalachicola is just 20 minutes away.  This sleep former cotten port is filled with quaint shops, cute little bungalows, and great seafood restaurants.  Port St. Joe also provides good shopping and dining, and is just 15 minutes away.

Bring your tennis rackets and golf clubs, and try the facilities of St. Joseph Bay Country Club, which is open to the public for a small fee.  The country club is located just a few minutes away.
