INSIDE GATES OF EXCLUSIVE WILD DUNES IN THE LAGOON VILLAS COMPLEX. Many condos do not have access to Wild Dunes Recreation facilities. We do! Free outdoor swimming pool. We have the SPORTSCARD which allows access to tennis, healthclub,sauna. Heated Grand Pavillion Pool. Childrens' activities and camps. All activities require a fee to be paid.

GRAND PAVILLION POOL AREA FREE AFTER 6:00 p.m. This is the place to hang out during Summer evenings!! 2 great GOLF COURSES. Free shuttle within resort. Public bus from resort to downtown Charleston. BEAUTIFUL- 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom 1,100 square foot villa. GROUND FLOOR. No carrying luggage & beach supplies up & down many stairs to upper level condos!

3 great adult bikes - use free of charge. Your vacation will be so much more fun with these bikes. Fish from the Lagoon fishing dock in complex.

Closest CONDOS to beach that are not on BEACH. Beach parking pass. 5 minute walk to beach. THIS WILL BECOME YOUR HOME AWAY FROM HOME. Excellent references - 10 years of booking "by owner". Many repeat guests. Two queen-size beds and one double-size bed. Plus 1 QUEEN SOFA and 1 folding twin bed for toddlers!

Each bedroom/bathroom separated by kitchen/family room for total privacy. Deck overlooking quiet Lagoon off of each bedroom. Kitchen fully-equipped, New appliances. Good quality linens provided. Microwave. Full-size washer and dryer. Condo is extremely clean and well-maintained. We use it regularly as our personal home and have excellent housekeeper/manager who lives in the resort.

Beach chairs provided. Pool toys. Some basic condiments may be in unit, e.g. coffee, filters, cream, sugar, salt and pepper. Wild Dunes has great nature trails to bikes ride on or walk. Fun, family beach.

I prefer renting direct to families. You save at least 25% and I establish a personal relationship with my guests. Less damage to my unit results from this. Many of my guests are repeat guests.
