The house is located only one mile to Dennisport's Sea Street beach and walking distance to numerous restaurants and shops in the village of Dennisport. The house has three bedrooms and 2 baths, and will comfortably sleep 5-6*. On the first floor there is a full kitchen, a dining room, living room, bathroom with clawfoot tub, and air-conditioned bedroom with queen bed. The second floor has two air-conditioned bedrooms (one with bunkbeds, twin-size, and the other with one extra-long twin and one double bed) and a bathroom with a shower. There is also an enclosed outdoor hot and cold shower, picnic table, patio table and chairs, chaise lounges, and BBQ grill. The property offers a spacious deck and yard with shade trees - ample space inside and out to relax and enjoy your week.NO PETS and NO SMOKING. No exceptions will be made.
