WELCOME TO OUR WONDERFUL HOME IN SUNNY FLORIDA!!!

We invite you to stay at our lovely home while you vacation in Florida. Freshly painted inside and out in 2005, we absolutely love our little piece of paradise and know you will enjoy it too! Our home is the perfect place to call home while here. You are right in the midst of all the action, yet our development is so peaceful and serene. We enjoy a lovely position, just around the bend from a GORGEOUS LAKE!!!

At our home you have the benefit of the Esprit Development community, which is ideal for children and adults alike. The facilities include a tennis and basketball courts. A nine-hole golf course runs right through the middle of the development. If you need to really relax, head on down to the pier and try fishing in beautiful Lake Davenport. There's also a publicly available boat launch. We are only 8 miles from WDW. We have something for everyone!!!

Our first lounge area offers a DVD and A VCR to use. We also have a comfy rocker to relax in after a long day of walking around the Parks!

Our second lounge is for the children as we have our TV/VCR hooked up to the Gamecube!!! They make a beeline between the pool and the cube! Our MASTER SUITE has a lovely KING SIZE bed to stretch out in and sleep!! This room is huge and opens to the pool area. There is a Cable TV in the bedroom as well as alarm clock.

Upstairs is our Queen bedroom. I have just added a lovely color to the walls and now it is a peaceful retreat for your vacation! This room also has a TV with Cable and an alarm clock.

Next comes our newly decorated  Mickey Room . This room has just been updated and has a full bed AND a twin bed plus Cable  TV with DVD  player. 

The last bedroom has 2 Twin beds:  Princess Decor  and a Princess  TV and DVD player. The Mickey and Princess Rooms were all redone for 2005.

The eat-in kitchen has plenty of space to prepare meals or store goodies for your stay!!! WE provide all pots, pans, oven, range, microwave, teapot and coffeemaker. There are two Stools to sit up at the nook into the first lounge as well as a table to eat breakfast at.

In between our two lounges is a lovely full size dining room table with seating for 8. Our covered Lanai has a ceiling fan to help push the lazy breezes around as you relax and read, watch the children swim! Use the 4 sun loungers on our awesome pool deck to improve your tan and be the envy of the neighbors when you get back home!!!
