Our 7 bed 4 bath villa is of the highest standards and is equipped with every modern convenience. For the benefit of our numerous guests we have designated the villa (Non Smoking) however smoking is permitted in the pool area or anywhere outside the villa. Failure to observe these terms may result in forfeiture of security deposit.

The large South-facing Pool and Jacuzzi back onto a beautiful lake with excellent views.
So whether you want to relax in the pool or enjoy an evening soaking in the spa. Its all at your fingertips.

For bookings of two weeks or more we also include a top to bottom clean, including stripping and remaking beds with clean sheets, vacuum cleaning the whole villa, washing all crockery ready for your return.

The Villa is ideally suited for elderly or disabled guests as there are two ground floor bedrooms and a ground floor bathroom with walk in shower.

OUR EXECUTIVE VILLA CONSISTS OF OVER 3000qft OF AIR CONDITIONED AND SMOKE FREE COMFORT COMPRISING OF THE FOLLOWING:

MASTER BEDROOM WITH EN-SUITE BATHROOM AND TWO WALK IN CLOSETS large double bed and matching dressing table together with a TV and Video, Telephone and Alarm Clock. The on-suite bathroom has twin matching wash sinks with featured lighting, Bath and large walk in shower.

4 further bedrooms and an extra bathroom upstairs, there are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom downstairs.
The bedrooms contain the following, 5 bedrooms with (US) Queen double beds and 2 bedrooms with twin beds in each.
There is a fully equipped kitchen with all modern appliances, including Cooker, Fridge Freezer, Microwave, Dishwasher, Coffee Maker, and all Crockery and Utensils.
The laundry Room contains Washing Machine, Tumble Dryer, Iron and Ironing Board.
The Villa is Fully air conditioned and Central Heated throughout.

For entertainment we have a 50inch TV and Hi Fi System.
A new addition is the Games Room with Pool Table, 32" TV, Video and Playstation 2.

30 ft Private South Facing Pool and Jacuzzi, Overlooking a beautiful lake.

THE VILLA IS LOCATED:
Approximately 20 mins drive to Disney and the other Theme Parks.
It is on a quiet community within easy reach of local supermarkets and shops. It is approximately 40 mins from Orlando airport.
