Fenced back yard with patio and BBQ. Located in a sweet well loved neighborhood just 2 minutes from Grants Pass Oregon. Just a couple of min. from the famous Rogue River. We even have an easy care landscaped yard.

We have a special introductory rate of $135 per night. 2 nights min.
If you book 3 nights at $135 each, you get a 4th night FREE!!
Well loved and behaved pets are welcome. $25 pet fee each night.
$400 sec/cleaning refundable deposit due to hold booking. $500 if you have a pet.
1/2 rental balance due 60 days from arrival, balance due 30 days from arrival.
Full refund of minus $50 booking fee if canceled more than 30 days from arrival.
9% tax not included. No cleaning fee!! Pay reservation deposit by PayPal if you like.
