Castle By the Sea, 7 Bed, 8 Bath Luxury Home with Elevator North Forest Beach, 90 Yards to the Beach New for 2005! Under construction now and Brand New for 2005 – we invite you to stay at our Castle By the Sea. Located in the North Forest Beach area of Hilton Head Island, this 7 bed, 8 bath (6 full, 2 half) home offers the best of everything for a family vacation. This home is located less than 90 yards to the beach. It is an easy walk to the popular Coligny Plaza, which features Java Joes, the Coligny Bakery, the Piggly Wiggle grocery store, great restaurants, a toy store, a hardware store, shopping and more. Our Castle by the Sea offers 7 bedrooms; Three kid themed bedrooms for the children with twin beds and four Master bedrooms with King Beds and ensuite bathrooms for the children. All of the bedrooms except on of the children’s bedrooms has a private, ensuite bathroom. Two of the four Master bedrooms have whirlpool bathtubs as well as glass showers. On the upper level, there is also a loft with a pull out, queen size sleeper sofa. All of our bedrooms and living areas will be furnished with name brand furniture including Universal, Kincaid, Pulaski, Lane, Hooker, and Stanley. The bed linens are designers including Tommy Hilfiger, Ralph Lauren, Disney Store and Charter Club. For your comfort, each bedroom is equipped with a ceiling fan. All of the closets have been customized with built in closets for the utmost in storage and convenience Going to the beach? Included in the house is a plastic wagon for trips to the beach. Your Castle by the Sea is located less than 90 yards to the Beach. The walk to the beach is on a sandy road with little traffic (see the photo of the walk to the beach and the entrance to the beach). Located a few blocks from the large hotels, this section of beach is quiet and not very crowded. What better for a trip to the beach than sleeping Under the Sea? For your mermaids and mermen, take a weeks’ vacation Under the Sea. Designed to feel like the children are under water with their Little Mermaid friends, the entire room is painted like water. Our Under the Sea room features a full size bunk bed with Disney’s Little Mermaid bedding. Not a princess fan? Our other Under the Sea room features friends from the movie Finding Nemo including Nemo, Marlin, Dory and Crush the turtle. This room also features two twin size bunk beds (4 twins in all). The bedding in this room is Finding Nemo bedding from Disney Home. Our third twin bedroom is called Cottage by the Sea and is a bunk bed shaped like a cottage (twin bed over full bed)   This home offers a large (roughly 16 x 30feet) pool with a heated spa. For those of you traveling with babies or toddlers, our pool offers a large sun deck step at the entrance to the pool which is 6 inches deep where young ones can sit and splash in the water. We have also included a swim out ledge around ½ of the pool for new swimmers to be able to play and rest. The swimming pool and spa are equipped with fiber optic lighting for your own private "light show!" Sit outside at night and watch the pool change colors as you enjoy a quiet evening. Surrounding the pool is a large deck area equipped with an outdoor kitchen which includes a gas barbecue grill, beverage refrigerator, countertop & seating and a sink. The pool area also includes covered porches, and plenty of lounge chairs & tables. At the street level is an outdoor shower for rinsing off after making sand castles at the beach. Your family will also enjoy the other areas in the home including a large great room, a games room in the garage, dining room, and fully-equipped kitchen. The great room offers a big screen plasma TV, VCR, DVD player, and stereo. For your seating comfort, the great room is furnished with a large sectional couch, chair and a long window box seat. Adjacent to the great room is a bar with an icemaker. . The custom kitchen is stocked with everything you would need to cook an entire Thanksgiving meal for a large family. No expense has been spared on this kitchen from the granite counter tops and custom cabinetry to the high end appliances. Cooking a large meal? We have a large oven. Don’t like to do dishes? Don’t worry, this kitchen has two full sized dishwashers for cleaning up even the biggest meal. The games room in the garage offers a pool table. For those who enjoy surfing the web or need to catch up on work, our house offers a computer with free DSL Internet access. Are there any train lovers in your family? Our home offers a full size Thomas like train table and train set for the junior engineers! Our Castle By the Sea offers both a SONY Playstation 2 and a Nintendo GameCube with games. After traveling with young children many times, we understand how stressful it can be to travel without all of the “equipment” that you have at home. With that in mind, we have tried to provide everything that a family with a young child might need. If we are missing something that you desire, please contact us and we can try to honor your request. Included in your rental price are: One full size crib located in one of the Master Bedrooms (like you have at home) Two portable cribs (pack and plays), two high chairs, two Baby Monitors, a Graco baby swing, a Graco Deluxe Exersaucer, Fisher Price Musical Bouncer Seat, Graco Doorway Jumper, Baby Bathtub, toddler bed rails, gates for the top and bottom of the stairs, tons of toys, videos, and strollers. The entire house offers air conditioning and heat for your comfort. All linens and towels are provided free of charge including beach towels. Each bathroom is furnished with a wall mounted hair dryer. There is a washer, dryer, iron and ironing board on the first floor. This villa is non-smoking however, ash trays are provided on the patio, for your use. No pets allowed. Pool heating is available upon request. We have a 24 hour management company in case you encounter any problems with your stay. Further, we are fully licensed and registered with state and county officials. Our home is maintained with cleaning, pest control, landscaping, and pool services regularly. Not sure what is included with your home?
