We are located right on Alli Drive, in the heart of Historic Kailua-Kona Town. Our beautiful condo is a peaceful “Island on the Island” right in the center of all the action!

Walk to shopping, dining and sightseeing, just steps from your front door while enjoying a location on the quiet (and cool) side of the complex. Our Lanai looks out over the oldest church and gardens in Hawaii, while being only 500 ft from the ocean.

While staying in our Kona Condo (we want you to think of it as yours, too) you will enjoy every comfort of home, as well as all of the little extras that you should expect in a prime vacation rental. With a fully equipped kitchen, upgraded bath, and large master bedroom with luxury bedding as well as a HUGE lanai, we have provided every last detail down to the boogie boards and snorkels to ensure that you have the perfect big island getaway!

Last but not least, the view from the two upper decks of our complex has an unparalleled view of Kailua Bay. With breathtaking sunsets (and sunrises) daily, you will understand why this is one of our favorite spots to take in all of the activity below. The cruise ships in the harbor look to be so close, that you could reach out and touch them!
