This lake front home includes 3 bedrooms with 2-Queen and 1-Full-sized beds. There is a full bath located upstairs. The open living area gives you views of the lake from each window. The kitchen has an oven, full-sized refrigerator (w/ice maker), dishwasher, microwave, and bar with barstools. All you will have to bring are your groceries! The room flows into the dining and living areas. There are two televisions with VCRs located upstairs with satellite reception. VHS movies are available for your enjoyment. The wrap around deck is located off the main living area. The deck has umbrella shading and seating for your dining and lounging entertainment.

Downstairs is a queen-sized futon, 3/4 bathroom and game room complete with a pool table and wet bar. There is a mini-fridge and microwave located in the bar area. Satellite reception is also available downstairs with a wall-mounted TV and DVD player. The patio area is covered by the decking above. The laundry facilities are located downstairs.

Standard conveniences: Satellite TV (3), VCR, DVD, central heat/air conditioning, washer/dryer, pots & pans, dishes, utensils, microwaves, coffee maker, dishwasher, pool table, VHS movies, vacuum, and cleaning supplies. Private dock located at bottom of hill!

Please bring the following items with you:
bath and beach towels, sheets, blankets, pillows, laundry soap, plastic wrap, aluminum foil, trash & storage bags, bath soap & shampoo, groceries and spices.

OAK SHORES AMENITIES

Oak Shores is in the foothills of the Coast Range dotted with beautiful oak trees. Be sure to bring plenty of bug repellent and sunscreen! Oak Shores offers two launch ramps and a marina with courtesy boat slips (when available). Temperatures in the summer can range from 80-110 degrees with evenings cooling down to the 70s.

Other amenities located at Oak Shores:
miniature golf course (bring putters & balls), basketball and volleyball courts (bring your own balls), community beaches, swimming pool (under repairs) and a playground area.

Remember: Oak Shores is a gated community. Only two cars and 8 adults (12 & up) per rental house. No limit on children under 12.
