The southern exposure makes it particularly attractive and presents a panoramic view of the beautiful crescent shaped Marco Island beach. The large balcony overlooks the beach and Gulf and is accessible from each bedroom and living room. If your vacation objective is rest and relaxation, you may want to relax by the pool or walk on the beach. Perhaps your cup of tea is to curl up in a comfortable lounge chair on the balcony and lose yourself in a good book. If you are interested in a more active vacation, the list of things to do is endless. Near our Marco Island beachfront condo you can rent motor boats, pontoon boats, wave runners, etc. from the many local marinas, go deep sea or backwater fishing, golf at one of the many first class golfing venues, try parasailing, enjoy eco-tours of the Everglades National Park, shop at the local factory outlet mall or go to one of the many designer malls in Naples, play tennis, or just take a one-day cruise to the eclectic port at Key West.
