3 bedroom Front line apartment in Nerja

This well appointed, self catering holiday rental apartment enjoys probably the most sought after position in Nerja. Being at the Burriana end of Calle Carabeo it is just a few minutes level stroll to the Balcon de Europa and is next to the steps leading down to Playas Carabeillo and Burriana.

The apartment has magnificent views from its lounge and terrace, firstly over its own communal pool and gardens, then directly out over the clifftop across the Mediterranean.  Whilst to your left there are also superb mountain views.  Our pictures below give you a feeling for the view you can take in whilst breakfasting al fresco on the terrace and if an evening on the terrace is preferred, the pool is lit at night for extra effect.

The apartment comprises three bedrooms one with a double bed and two with twin beds. The bedrooms have built-in wardrobes and chest of drawers. Sheets, blankets and towels are provided. (not beach towels). The bathroom is fully fitted and has a bath with shower over and instant hot water as required.
The brand new fully integrated kitchen includes dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, oven and ceramic hob plus built-in microwave and granite worktops. There is a drying line for clothes and towels.

The lounge is bright and spacious with comfortable sofas and chairs. There is a dining area with table and chairs. There is English satellite tv and a variety of books.  Double sliding door open out from the lounge onto the terrace which has patio table and chairs for al fresco dining.

The building itself is of typical Spanish architect design with red tile roof and whitewash facade. There are lawns where you can sunbathe all day with palm trees for shade, and beds of sub-tropical shrubs. The Tuhillo apartments are situated in a small residential street enjoying a quiet and peaceful location, despite their convenience of being only a few minutes walk from Nerja’s town centre with its fabulous choice of shops, bars and restaurants.
