The only Islamorada, Florida golf course is at the Cheeca Lodge, a 9-hole/par 3 private course designed by Jack Nicklaus in 1976.
In Key Colony Beach you'll find the public Key Colony Beach Golf and Tennis Club, which offers a 9 hole/par 3 course. The fairways are generous without rough and water hazards.
In Marathon, you'll find the private Sombrero Country Club, designed by Mark Mahannah in 1960, par 71, with a total of 6469 yards from the championship tees.
The 18-hole Key West Golf Club in Key West was designed by golf legend Rees Jones for a total of 6,500 yards and offers a challenge to players of all abilities. The signature hole is "Mangrove Hole," 143 yards, par 3, that is played completely over a field of thickly intertwined tropical mangroves. This greater Islamorada, Florida golf course is the only Caribbean golf course in the United States.
