Built in 1991, this home is bright and inviting to welcome you on a wonderful vacation with family and friends in a paradise location. Located on a peaceful friendly side street, you're only a few short steps away from a quiet beachfront access. Or lounge in the sun and enjoy a swim in your own private pool (15'x30'x5'deep) in a two story screened enclosure - great for relaxing and entertaining. Enjoy morning coffee on the large screened lanai and watch the sunrise.

Each of the three bedrooms features a deck with sliding glass doors to enjoy the wonderful gulf breeze. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed with a private bath and walk-in closet. The second bedroom features a queen bed and two twins in the third bedroom (which can be joined together for a king-sized bed), both sharing a main bath off the hallway. Kitchen, dining room, and living room are open area with vaulted ceilings and two large window walls opening to a huge screened lanai with a view of the gulf. Our home is very modern and nicely furnished with a fully stocked kitchen. The dining room has seating for six. The new Publix grocery store is only two blocks away! Cook a gourmet dinner, or enjoy a walk or short drive to many of the fine restaurants on the beach. Bath towels, beach towels, and linens are provided, with a washer and dryer for your convenience.

Enjoy hours of beach combing to discover wonderful sea life or search for unique shells and sand dollars. An early morning walk on the beach and you'll discover the antics of the pelicans and dolphins. Wade out in the clear gulf water and feel the gentle lapping of the surf. Bask in the sun on the powdery white sand beach.

Or stay at home and relax with cable TV and VCR's in every bedroom. A big-screened TV with DVD and VCR will entertain you in the living room. But don't miss out on the magnificent sunsets and entertaining nightlife. We hope you enjoy your stay in our home. We have designed it to be comfortable and affordable.
