The living area has a 12-foot glass opening onto the lanai, giving you a panoramic view of the water and fairway. Queen sofa sleeper in the living area. The master bedroom which also overlooks the lake and fairway, has a luxurious king bed and is located in the back of the unit for complete privacy. The guest bedroom has twin beds located in the front of the unit. Each bedroom has a new plasma TV. This is a very private unit (no golf cart path).

Enjoy the pool, hot tub and gas grills, which are close to the unit. There are several tennis courts and an exercise suite located at the Spring Run Country Club. Completely transferable membership for a small fee entitles you to golf anytime, for only a cart fee; or to use all the other facilities at your leisure. Tee times for golf may be scheduled in advance or in person at the pro shop.
