Route 75 south toward Naples to Route 41 south to Route Old 41. Bonita Springs is located just North of Naples on Florida's South West Coast. Tampa, Busch Gardens and the Hard Rock Cafe Casino are approximately a three hour drive north. Orlando and Disney are approximately a four hour drive north east. Miami is about an hours drive east across the infamous alligator alley.

Smoking is permitted on the Lanai.

Must be 25 or over to rent.

Minimum 30 day rentals only.

$500. non-refundable deposit, balance due upon arrival.

$1000. refundable security deposit.

Rental Rates:

Subject to change without notice. December through March .....$3300 per month

July through September ......$2800 per month

Prices include a $100 cleaning fee and normal utility expense.
