Come enjoy the Vienna House nestled in Daniel Township, between Park City/Deer Valley (N. on Hwy. 40 – 12 mi.) and Sundance (SW on Hwy 189 – 12 mi.).  Shopping/gas/restaurants are 3 mi. to the north.  This large, private, conveniently located European-style villa is located on 5 acres, backs up to open space and has panoramic mountain and valley views.

The large gourmet kitchen and dining room (seating for 12) are perfectly suited for your large or intimate group.  The cedar-paneled spa-fitness room has an indoor hot tub for relaxing after a hard day’s recreation.  Two fireplaces add to the comfortable ambiance of this festive home.  Note:  the Vienna House is newly constructed, and as such, everything is new (including most of the furnishings, bedding, etc.), but there is the occasional unfinished touch (the house is over 95% completed; the basement and east-garage are not included in the rental).  Please -- no smoking inside the villa.

The two rented levels comprise 4,500 square feet of well-decorated living area.  The 5 bedrooms and other bedding accommodations are flexible; please let us know the needs and/or ages of your party.
