The building has 4 apartments with 1 bedroom on the first floor, 1 apartment with 2 bedrooms on the second floor and 2 communal roof terraces, with tables, chairs, parasols and beautiful views to the town, the mountains and the sea.

The apartments are first class and consist on american kitchen with small fridge, hob with 2 rings, microwave/grill, coffee pot, toaster and kitchen utils.

bathroom with bath, 1 bedroom with twin beds and lounge/dining room with sofa bed, air conditioned/central heating and Cable TV (with 3 english channels: BBC, CNN and SKY News).
