We welcome you to use our second home as a vacation spot where you will create memories that will last a lifetime. There is a mesmerizing view of the Gulf from the balcony, where you can dolphin watch while enjoying your morning coffee. This unit is in building 4 which is gulf front. The sun sets directly in front of the kitchen window. If you look north from the front door you can see the Santa Rosa Sound.

Brand new Livingroom furniture. Porcelain tile through-out unit, no sandy carpet.
