The course was designed in 1972 by Devlin / Von Hagge and redesigned by Karl Litton in 1990. One of the highlights of the facility is the $7 million beautiful, three-story Southern plantation-style mansion that serves as the clubhouse.  The Carolina Club has served as a qualifying site for the PGA Tour's Honda Classic, and  features four sets of tees, fast greens, and contoured fairways.

This championship club is located in Deerfield Beach, which is about a 30-minute drive from Fort Lauderdale, Florida.  Deer Creek was completely redesigned in 1993 by world-renowned architect Arthur Hills, and is known for its beautiful, towering oak trees and green, rolling hills.  This superbly maintained course offers four sets of tees to challenge golfers of all skill levels, and is well-known for having hosted the LPGA Mazda Classic in past years.

The Club at Emerald Hills in nearby Hollywood, Florida, offers meticulously maintained, undulating greens for a  total of 7,003 yards and for the past 10 years has been recognized among Golf Digest's "Places to Play."  The Club at Emerald Hills is a host site for the US Amateur, Doral and Honda Qualifiers.

Colony West Country Club was designed by Bruce Devlin and Robert von Hagge and its Championship Course is rated in the top 50 public courses in the United States by Golf Digest.   Florida State Golf Association rates the 7312 yard Championship Course as the longest and toughest par 71 in Florida.
