Upon booking this condo a refundable security deposit of $150.00 is required. The deposit may be a personal check which will be deposited into an account. The deposit will be returned after check out once the condo has been inspected for damages.

Payment in full is required three weeks prior to arrival by money order or cashier check, no personal checks. No refund if cancelled less than two weeks from arrival unless the vacation condo can be rented. No refund for early check out. A refund will be granted if a hurricane evacuation is order but no refund for the cleaning.

THIS IS A NON-SMOKING CONDO AND THE RESORT DOES NOT ALLOW PETS.

You must be 25 years old to rent this condo.

The Sunbird Resort charges a $10.00 parking pass fee in addition to the prices quoted below.
