A 25% reservation binder is required upon written confirmation of your reservation.

Reservations will not be honored until receipt of a written confirmation.

Upon receipt, confirmation of your accommodations will be mailed to you.

The outstanding rental balance is Due and Payable 60 days prior to arrival.

Your security deposit will be returned by mail within 30 days of checkout (utilities bills may take up to 30 days to arrive) less cleaning fees and any/all significant damage, excessive cleaning costs and/or excessive electrical fees.

All deposits are non refundable.

All rentals are subject to state and county tax.
