This impeccably clean and beautifully decorated Florida Villa is located in the quiet, relaxing Crescent Lakes area of Kissimmee, Florida. This is one of the few homes you will find with a totally fenced, private back yard and pool. Many developments around Disney feature beautiful homes, but your neighbor's pools and yards are within feet of your own, and often, 3 or 4 swimming pools are within feet of each other! After viewing many homes, one of the biggest reasons we chose this home was its totally private, fenced back yard and pool. We feel that our guests, like us, choose to rent a home vs. hotel for more privacy, space and better value. Our villa provides just that!

After a fun day in the parks, you can relax on our covered patio or take a dip in the pool in total privacy. Kids will love the "Winnie The Pooh" themed bedroom where Pooh murals are splashed onto the walls, and two Winnie the Pooh twin beds provide a place of rest after a hectic day in the parks!

A fantastic master suite with TV, large attached bathroom has a walkout patio door to the covered patio lanai and pool. A spacious second bath provides a walk out door to the pool and patio also.

We know what it is like to travel with babies and children. Our villa is very child and baby-friendly while it provides the luxury and comfort parents desire. We recently upgraded the villa to include free use of all baby items, including a quality pack and play, full size stroller, high chair, baby monitor, baby bouncy chair, XBox System and children's toys and games. For the kitchen we added a bottle warmer and child-size utensils, bowls and plates. Our pool has a wonderful upper-level kiddie pool area with fountain. Toddlers love it! In addition, our home is all one level and has pool alarms on all patio doors leading to pool area. We also provide children's videos and DVD's. Parents also love the fact that our villa has two family rooms, enabling older children to play video games or watch TV while parents can relax in a separate area.

Only 12-15 minutes from Disney, and 15 minutes from the famous International Drive. Our home sleeps ten and has two unique, separate living/family room areas and a beautiful, open concept kitchen. Dine at the eat-in kitchen bar, or in our separate dining room. Pack lighter and use our full laundry facilities.

The Crescent Lakes area is a beautiful Conservation area. It is an ideal location for families. There are two nearby children's play areas, plus as the name suggests, numerous lakes that dot the development. Two children's play areas and a wonderful jogging/walking path are all within walking distance to our home.

Shops and supermarkets are near, as well as Super Walmart. Other close activities include Airboat Rides, jet skiing, boating and a wonderful petting zoo. Cocoa Beach and Cape Canaveral is just an hour and 15 minutes away too!

Our smoke-free home is managed by Crescent Lakes Vacation Management, who you can call upon for 24 hour service if a need arises. They are truly second to none. Your vacation home will be thoroughly cleaned before your arrival. We take pride in personal service, and will do everything we can to make your stay enjoyable, relaxing and pleasant.
