All the excitement of Disney (approx. 6 miles away), SeaWorld, Universal Orlando, and Busch Gardens are just minutes away – not to mention the great golf, shopping, dining and night life of the worlds most magical city.  Don’t miss Orlando’s exceptional name brand outlets or the fabulous Mall at Millenia with the most exclusive stores and restaurants in Central Florida.  You can reach the Atlantic or Gulf beaches in an hour or visit the Kennedy Space Center.  Everything you want to do on your Florida vacation is easily accessible from our villa.   

Of course, that means you will have to leave the comforts of our “Disney Paradise” villa.   This bright and airy villa emphasizes comfort, relaxation, location, amenities, and most importantly fun for you and your family.  With 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths, this air-conditioned villa provides enough space to comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests.  It features two master suites, one with a King-size bed and the other with a Queen-size bed.  The master suites feature Cable TV, large walk-in closets, ceiling fans, upgraded mattresses with 300 thread count linens for the most comfortable nights sleep you will have after a day of Florida sun.  The attached master baths are exactly identical for both master suites.  They offer a large garden Jacuzzi tub, oversized separate showers, double sinks with spacious vanities and hair dryers.  The other two bedrooms provide 2 twin beds each and are tastefully decorated as well.  A portable crib is also available for those guests with younger children. 

The Game room provides additional entertainment for the entire family when you are looking to relax and have some fun in the comforts of our villa.  This custom room provides a full size slate Pool Table, Table Tennis, Cable TV, AM/FM/CD Stereo, and a table and chairs when you are ready to enjoy a variety of board games, checkers, or some card games.  This is especially nice for the adults as it allows the kids to burn off some of their energy while the adults relax in the sun by the sparkling south facing pool.  

The private pool, which can be heated, is screen enclosed with a covered lanai that features a ceiling fan for a nice cooling Florida breeze.  It is so convenient to step outside and soak up the sun with a good book – or float the day away in the beautiful pool.  The pool area and patio are fully furnished with a table and 4 swivel chairs as well as lounge chairs for those that wish to relax in the sun.  Speaking of sun, our villa features an extended sun deck to allow guests to comfortably spread out while others can enjoy the refreshing pool. 

The family room not only features a fantastic view of the pool and covered lanai, but also has a large widescreen HDTV for those that would like to relax in the air-conditioning and enjoy a good movie on the DVD/VCR player.  For those video game enthusiasts, the Playstation2 game console awaits you and your favorite video games.  The family room features a sleeper sofa for additional bedding, if needed. 

For added convenience, the family room is open to the spacious Kitchen which features upgraded appliances that include Refrigerator with Ice Maker, Range and Oven, Microwave, Dishwasher, and Garbage Disposal.  The Kitchen provides seating for 10 that includes a table and 6 chairs and 4 bar stools.  A high chair is also available for those guests with younger children.  The kitchen also provides coffee and tea makers, a blender for making frozen drinks to enjoy by the pool, and a telephone.  The Washer and Dryer, as well as iron and ironing board, are located directly off of the kitchen so that you can use them within the air conditioned comfort of our villa.

Some of our guests may have the need for Internet access during their stay.  Our villa features high-speed Internet access free of charge for all of our guests. This allows you to stay connected to your email or if you need information about any of the local area attractions. 

The location is ideal for all families.  With Disney approximately 6 miles away, you have the option to take a mid day break from the Theme Parks to return to the villa and relax by the pool or enjoy the Game room.  We are just 1 mile away from a Publix Grocery store and only 2 miles away from a Super Walmart that is conveniently open 24 hours for all of your needs.  Restaurants and other shopping are just minutes away.  There are also several golf courses close by that are anywhere from 1 mile to 15 minutes away.
