Enjoy a tropical island paradise while staying in our secluded stilt home (no homes close by...just you & nature). This house can be rented as a 2 or 3 bedroom house (4 to 6 people). There is an efficiency underneath with an additional queen bed, full bath, frig., & TV, etc. (pictures sent by request). You will find our house to be immaculate & well appointed. We are on a bridgeless barrier island (next island north of Boca Grande...accessible only by boat). This house is within a short walk to a 7 mile un-crowded beach or dock for your boat. We believe you will love our island & beach as much as we do. This is a true ''Island Paradise'' for fishermen & beach goers alike....

You will enjoy exploring the island trails in a golf cart or on foot. We have unpaved nature trails instead of roads, golf carts instead of cars, no street lights, commercial businesses, etc. Therefore, it is a nice quiet getaway from noise & crowds. If you are tired of the typical vacation & want privacy, this is the place to come. This life style is only a 5 minute boat ride from the mainland. Complimentary boat transportation is provided upon arrival/end of stay & one round trip mid week for non-boaters. We also help you get your belongings up to the house upon arrival & back to the boat at the end of your stay. You can also call for a water taxi if additional trips are desired or bring your own boat. Island boat docks are complimentary for our renters.

Pets must be pre approved...please inquire.

10% Sales Tax added to all rates.

All reservations require a $300 minimum reservation/security deposit (pls. inquire).

Deposits will be refunded within 14 days after departure, providing no damages incurred during your stay & the house is left in good shape.

No cleaning fee charged as long as house left in good shape.

Adequate notice must be given in the event of a cancellation (full details will be sent to you...pls. inquire).

Rental Rates:

Rates are in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice $800.00 to $900.00 + 10% tax (weekly rate)
