It features a large comfortable Family Room with a queen sized sofa bed, a 36” flat screen color TV and a Playstation II, giving access directly to the deck and a private pool. The living room is for those quiet moments to just sit back and relax. The formal dining room provides an elegant setting for that special meal, or for entertaining. The full sized kitchen has all basic appliances, including a large fridge/freezer with icemaker, and a breakfast table. The utility room has a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron & ironing board.

The master bedroom, with its own Jacuzzi whirlpool and sitting area-providing access to deck and pool, has a king-sized bed with a large walk-in closet, TV & DVD player. The second master bedroom has a queen-sized bed, large en-suite bathroom (tub with spa jets, large shower and sinks) and TV & DVD player. There are also two additional bedrooms, one with a twin beds and the other with a set of Disney bunk beds. Each bedroom is also equipped with a alarm clock and a TV. The villa sleeps a maximum of 10 people. It has a private pool (additional charge for heating), adjoining hot tub, Jacuzzi and extended deck area. This executive villa will be available for guests in early July 2004 - so make sure to book far in advance for best availability!

 The villa is located on Glenbrook Resort Community, US27 and just 1.5 miles north of Hwy 192 and its vast array of shops, restaurants and entertainment.
 
 Attractions such as Walt Disney World (8 miles), Universal Studio, Epcot, MGM Studios and Animal Kingdom are all within 5 to 15 minutes drive of the villa. Major Shopping Malls are within 20 minutes and supermarkets such as Publix, Kmart & Walmart all within 3 – 10 miles.
 
 Orlando International Airport is 30 minutes drive.
 
 Clubhouse has internet access, movies, pool, tennis, volleyball, gym and games room.
 

Rental Rules and Policies:

 Children should be supervised at all times when in the pool.
 
 Sliders to the pool should be locked when small children are about.
 
 A $250 security deposit will be required in order to complete your reservation
 
 Full payment for your stay is required at least 10weeks prior to your arrival.
 
 If booking with less than 10 weeks notice, full payment needed within 1 week to confirm your stay.
 
 Stays of less than 6 nights will have an additional cleaning fee of $80.
 
 Pool heat extra - $20 per night.
 
 Prices include all linens, use of the telephone, cable, VCRs and the resort's facilities.
 
 Check-in is at 3 pm or later on your arrival date / Check-out is 10 am morning of departure.
