Rental Rules and Policies:

 Weekly and Monthly rates offered. Some exceptions made.
 
 50% rental due 60 days prior to stay and remaining 50% due 30 days upon arrival.
 
 Cancellations for full refunds must be made at least 30 days prior to arrival date.
 
 A $130. cleaning fee is required and a $500. damage deposit.
 
 Certain pets are welcome upon request and require an additional $500. damage deposit.
 
 Absolutely NO Smoking on premises.
 
 All forms of payment are accepted including major Credit Cards via Pay Pal (credit cards 3% charge added).
  

Rental Rates:

 Subject to change without notice.  High Season (Nov.-Apr.) Monthly- $3500., Weekly- $1200.
 
 Low Season (May-Oct.) Monthly- $2500, Weekly- $900.
