Living is easy with your own private swimming pool and gas grill. If that's not enough, across the court from Cashmere Coconut is the Terra Cotta Terrace community center which features a large swimming pool, sauna, 2 tennis courts, horseshoes and volleyball pit.

Outside this lovely Destin Florida beach house you'll find your fenced back yard with a private 13' x 26' kidney shapped pool that's 3' to 5' deep. The Weber Gas BBQ Grill will be ready to cook up those steaks when you get back from the Beach!

The Cashmere Coconut has a beautiful brick paved driveway that will accommodate 4 cars.
