Kirk's Cottage is located in Laguna Beach, Florida just west of Panama City Beach. Laguna Beach is the most unspoiled stretch of beach in the Panama City area. This area has controlled access for one mile with no structures to distract from the beautiful view. The cottage is conveniently located one block from the beach on a quiet residential street. There is a large fenced yard and a carport, which can also be used as a patio. There is also ample parking for a boat or R.V.

The cottage has two spacious bedrooms, two full baths, living room, dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen. There are two double beds in each bedroom (linens furnished).

For your added convenience, cable television, VCR, telephone, microwave, dishwasher, and a washer and dryer.

2006 Rental Information

Rental periods are from Saturday to Saturday. The house will be available for check in at 4:00 PM. Check out time is at 10:00 AM. The weekly rate from April 1, 2006 until September 9, 2006 is $750.00. The weekly rate from September 9, 2006 until December 31, 2006 is $495.00. Special monthly rates are available during the winter.

There is a deposit of $200.00 required when making a reservation. The balance is due before the keys are mailed.

You must be at least 25 years old to rent from us.

Pets may be allowed with prior approval and a refundable pet deposit in the amount of $50.00.

Cleaning Policy: There is a $75.00 cleaning fee which is due when the deposit is made.
