Our luxury vacation villa is located in a peaceful cul-de-sac, in the Rotonda region of Florida's gulf coast. The house is furnished and equipped to the highest standard, allowing our guests to enjoy a relaxing vacation without sacrificing their home comforts. Accommodating a maximum of 8 people, there are three double bedrooms and one twin bedroom. The rear of the villa faces due south, and directly overlooks Long Marsh golf course. The Rotonda community encompasses high caliber residential and vacation homes, spread amongst three golf courses and incorporates a wildlife reserve, canals, walking trails and lakes. The villa is easy to get to by road via Interstate 75, which runs along Florida's west coast, or by air from Fort Myers or Sarasota airports. For international travelers, Tampa, Orlando and Miami are easily accessible. Backing onto the second fairway of Long Marsh golf course, our luxury four-bedroom villa was built in 1999 and has a solar heated pool, Jacuzzi spa and large shaded lanai. Our villa is maintained by a local management company who are available to assist guests. The villa has over 2600 square feet of living space, including a large family kitchen, separate dining area, formal living room, family room with satellite TV and VCR, and four double bedrooms. The master bedroom suite includes a Jacuzzi bath and shower, large walk-in closet and TV. There are three further bedrooms and a family bathroom is accessible from both the house and pool area. There are ceiling fans in all bedrooms and living areas. Sliding doors open onto the pool deck from the master bedroom, formal living room, dining area and family room, allowing the pool area to become an extension of the house. The fully caged pool area is approximately 35' x 46' with an oversized, solar heated swimming pool and adjoining Jacuzzi hot tub. There are tables and chairs under the shaded lanai and the ceiling fan enables outside dining, even in the hottest months. Sun loungers are provided for sunbathing and there is plenty of deck area surrounding the pool.
