Toucan House, our 1900 square foot, three bedroom home with two baths, has just been newly furnished and updated. The house is in a secluded, lush, low density neighborhood adjacent to Ding Darling Wild Life Preserve and an easy walk to Bowman's Beach. If you and your family are looking for a clean, comfortable environment that offers privacy and every convenience at a very competitive rate of rental, this is your place. A soaring Cathedral ceiling, large lanai with lovely green views, romantic fireplace, skylights, split plan layout and spiral stair case to the large loft bedroom make Toucan House a unique, peaceful place for a monthly holiday during any season of the year.

Monthly rentals only. Sleeps 6 comfortably, 8 if necessary for shorter visits: King in master, Queen in guest, two full in loft bedroom and sleeper sofa in living room. No smoking, please. Not appropriate for physically challenged or toddlers

Rental rates contingent on season, number of months and number in party - $2,500 to $6,000 plus a nonrefundable pet

deposit. High season: $5500-$6000 per month.

Shoulder season: $3000-$4500 per month.

Off season: $2,500-$3,000 per month

Toucan House, as is the case for all vacation rental homes on Sanibel, MUST be rented for a minimum period of 28 days.
