• This luxury apartment is situated in a quiet tree lined walkway. 2 minutes to the torrecilla beach, 5 minutes to the centre and the Balcon de Europa. There is private parking underneath the apartment

• Close to the Hotel Monica/ Perla Marina area this new apartment is on the 2nd floor. Situated only a minute’s walk from the beach and only a few minutes walk into the centre of Nerja. This apartment is very well fitted out with new furniture. outside
• There is a private communal swimming pool within the grounds for our guests.

Living area
• Lounge/Dining area has sofa, rocking chair and cable television inc some English channels and a dining table & 4 chairs. Through sliding doors, step into the patio which includes a table and four chairs for dinning under the stars or perhaps an afternoon lunch under the new canopy.

Kitchen
• The kitchen has electric hob and oven, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle and toaster.

• From the lounge there are patio doors onto a south facing terrace with a patio table and 4 chairs.

Bedrooms
• Master bedroom has a double bed with bedside tables and built in wardrobes with plenty of drawer space. Second bedroom the same but with twin beds.

• There is a full bathroom that consists of a bath with over head shower, wash hand basin and w.c.
