Enter our home through the front door into our entrance hall. To the left you are greeted by a cozy living room and a peek into our formal dining room with glass pocket doors. The dining room looks out into our screen enclosed, in-ground, heat pump-heated swimming pool and covered patio. Walk straight ahead down the hall into the sunlit family room with a casual dining area, which opens out into the pool area. To the left you will see our kitchen, with dishwasher, microwave and pass through window that opens onto the pool area. The home also includes a master bedroom with sliding glass doors to the pool and master bath with walk in shower and walk-in closets. If you are expecting guests, the home includes two guest bedrooms and a second full bathroom that also opens out to the pool area. Our Twin Beds can be made into a king-size bed (sheets and bedspread supplied).

Our home is ready for your use. It includes a VCR's, DVD's & 4 TV's (family room & all bedrooms), linens, towels, china, pots and pans and most everything else you might need while on your vacation. In addition, the Family room has a Stereo CD, tape player and radio. Just pack your clothes and head on down. If you have a boat (or rent a boat at one of our nearby marinas) you can use our water front dock at the back door. Parking at our dock will give you and your boat access to the Gulf of Mexico (no locks or lifts), great fishing, water skiing and sunset views. We are just ten minutes to Cape Coral Beach, and downtown shopping in Cape Coral village…….so come on down.
