Enjoy your vacation in our GREAT villa! We love to go and just RELAX around the pool! Our children love the space and the POOL! They spend their vacations between the NINTENDO Gamecube and the POOL!

After we put them to sleep in their OWN ROOMS, my Husband and I can relax, swim, watch a DVD enjoy a quiet night under the stars outside!!!!!

In the morning we are 10 minutes from The Disney Parks! I like to spend my afternoons SHOPPING!!! Each afternoon I can take a different road and find wonderful stores!!!!

My husband can't wait for his turn to go and GOLF!! We are surrounded by Golf Courses! We have a client that Golf's a different course everyday!

The house in located in the Esprit development. House guests may use the community pool, tennis courts and basketball courts. Detailed descriptions of these amenities may be found inside the residence. Additional information can be found inside the residence concerning the use of the trash pick-up schedule, appliances, nearby restaurants, etc. This is a great vacation spot for families and the young at heart!

We are located on a lovely 54 hole Golf Course.

Located in Orlando, Florida near all of the Orlando theme parks

20 minute drive from Orlando International Airport.

Rental Rules and Policies:

No smoking please.

No pets.

Children should be supervised at all times when in the pool.

Sliders to the pool should be locked when small children are about.

A $250 (or £160) security deposit will be required in order to complete your reservation.

Assuming no damages, this deposit will be promptly returned to you after your stay.

Full payment for your stay is required at least 45 days prior to your arrival.

If booking with less than 45 days notice, full payment needed within 1 week to confirm your stay.

Stays of less than 5 nights will have an additional cleaning-fee of $75 (or £50).

Pool heat extra - $25 per night.

Prices include all linens, use of the telephone, cable, VCRs and the development's facilities.

Check-in is at 4 pm on your arrival date / Check-out is 10 am morning of departure.
