This is a brand new (built in August 2005) 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom luxurious home with 2 master suites and oversized heated pool that provide an ideal and comfortable environment for family accommodations of up to 10 guests. The US home (#1 builder) built villa is located in Hamlet at West Heaven, a small gated community next Champion Gate Golf Resort near CR54, I-4 and Highway 27, just 4 miles (1 exit away) to the main gate of Disney World. The elevated location enable to view the fireworks of Disney World in the back yard.

This 2000 square feet villa is very roomy and bright, owed to its cathedral ceilings and bay window design. It has two master suites with its own large private bathroom, walk-in closet, one with a king-size bed, the second with a queen-size bed. Both master suites equipped with cable TV and private access to pool area. There are two twin beded guest rooms and one queen size sofa sleeper. It comforably sleeps up to 10 people.

You will be well rested after spending the night in our luxury villa. Enjoy the privite, heated, screened-in pool. The Lanai is fully screened to keep the bugs out and allows the sunshine to come in. This is the perfect spot to soak up the Florida sunshine during the day or refresh those tired park-hopping muscles in the evening. The pool also comes fitted with a child safety fence.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a beautiful separated dinning and a breakfast nook. All dishes, glassware, cookware, microwave, dishwasher and garbage disposal are included. The bay window in the nook will bring you additional enjoyment. Living room overlooks pool and is equipped with two large sofas (one converted to queen size sofa bed), coffee table, Phone, TV set with VCR and DVD, Gamecube, exciting electronic games, movies and books. Separate laundry room with washer and dryer. All linen and towels are provided. High chair, crib, and stroller are available upon request. The local phone call is free.

The interior of the house is designed, decorated, and luxuriously furnished by a professional interior designer. We use a highly recommended management company with friendly, 24-hour support to our guests.
