The main floor has a large open concept greatroom and adjacent dining room and kitchen. Comfy furnishings,including a Queen sleeper sofa, and a great entertainment centre make this area a focal point of the house. Large French doors lead onto a screened lanai overlooking the tranquil bayou and wooded areas beyond. Watch the herons stroll through your yard while you savor your morning coffee. The dining table seats 8 and the kitchen is fully equipped for your culinery creations. A small desk with DSL internet is nearby so you can bring your laptop and keep in touch with friends or work. A powder room and laundry room are also located just to the right of the front door.

Also on this floor is a very large King master bedroom. Painted in a delicate green, the room seems to expand into the palm trees outside the windows. This room features a private ensuite bath including double sinks, toilet and walk in shower in a seperate area and a very generous walk-in closet.

Upstairs, are 2 large bedrooms. The Queen Room has a seperate small sitting room overlooking the front garden, and the Twin Room has a restful view of the water. Both rooms have Cable TV and phones. Another full bath with tub, seperate shower, double sinks and toilet is adjacent.

On the ground level, is a terrific Cabana Room with French doors leading onto the pool. It has a TV, sofa sleeper and a small fridge. The pool area is very private and offers plenty of lounge furniture and outdoor dining.
