Located south of Hi-30A, between Eastern Lake, a coastal dune lake, and Deer Lake State Park, our beach is perfect place to spend a week. Internationally acclaimed Seaside is located 3 miles west, Destin 18 miles west, and Panama City Beach 18 miles east. 5 world class golf courses within 20 miles.

You know you're at the Beach when you enter Sugar Dunes Condo #5 and see the spectacular ocean view that spans the entire 28 ft width of the great room. The custom decor is beachy and colorful and all floors are tiled. The spacious ocean front condo features a gulffront porch with seating for 8. From this porch, there is a Stairway directly to the beach which allows easy access to and from the beach-No long walks or elevator rides means more time on the beach!

   The full island kitchen features a free standing icemaker, full size refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave and DW. We've thought of everything your family needs to prepare memorable beach dinners or to enjoy a simple beach breakfast on the porch as you watch the waves. The dining table seats 8; kitchen bar seats 3.

3BR/3BA unit . Condo sleeps 8 MAX; no sofa bed. The spacious King Master BR and Master bath w/ garden tub shower, walk in closet,& double vanity,offers a window facing gulf, 27" color cable TV, DVD/VCR, phone and colorful beach decor with original artwork. The Queen BR has TV/VCR, phone, loveseat, chest, closet,and also adjacent full bath. The middle BR offers two full size beds, TV, chest, large closet and guests use the full hall bath. A full size washer and dryer located next to the hall bath.
All linens are professionally laundered and beds will be made up prior to guest arrival and towels in all baths.
