This family-owned spacious 4 bedroom, 3 full bath, air conditioned executive villa (which accommodates up to 10 people) with a private south facing heated and screened pool and patio provides everything that your family could need to have a memorable and fun stay in the Disney area. This villa loves kids of all ages.

As many of our guests have said, this is the perfect place for you and your family to enjoy all that the area offers, and still offer you a quiet and comfortable setting to relax each evening while the kids are enjoying the Game Room that features a Pool Table, Air Hockey, Foosball Table, Cable TV, Board Games and AM/FM CD player for enjoying their favorite music.

The family room offers a widescreen HDTV with a DVD/VCR player for those who wish to relax and take in a good movie. Your children may also enjoy the Playstation2 game console on the big widescreen as well. It makes for quite a thrilling and realistic experience.  Even the big kids will enjoy this.

If you are like us, you will soon discover that after a busy day at the parks, there is nothing better than relaxing with the family at your very own private heated pool and patio. The pool also serves as an excellent setting to enjoy your morning coffee in the screened enclosure before the kids appear for their morning pancakes.  The patio is covered and comes complete with table and 4 chairs plus two lounge chairs for complete relaxation. 

The villa will accommodate up to 10 people comfortably. The 2 master suites are furnished with queen size beds, their own TV, private full bathroom, Ceiling Fans, and walk-in closets for plenty of storage. Each master suite overlooks the pool. There are two additional bedrooms that offer 2 twin beds and are decorated in a way that will please any child.  They each are connected to another full bath and have generous closet space.  Finally, there is a queen-size sleeper sofa in the family room to provide even more flexibility for your sleeping arrangements. For those vacationing with small children or infants, our home offers a portable crib, high chair, and stroller.

The fully equipped Kitchen includes everything you need, including Maytag  appliances (Full size Refrigerator and Ice Maker, Microwave, Dishwasher, Range/Oven), Garbage Disposal, Blender, Coffee and Tea  Makers. For added convenience, our villa does offer a Maytag Washer and Dryer, Iron, and Ironing Board.  Needless to say, our Villa is loaded with amenities including a total of 4 Cable TV's and 2 phones.
 
Just minutes from Disney and other Orlando attractions.
