Privacy fenced, South-Westerly facing, 30ft X 15ft pool and spa area, which enjoys sunshine from early morning until dusk and backs up to orange trees; much more private than backing up to other properties.  Oranges can also be picked fresh each morning, for your breakfast in the Lanai.

Plenty of high quality pool furniture for those lazy days by the pool.

Computer with free high-speed Internet access.

UNLIMITED FREE INTERNATIONAL CALLS and National phone calls.

14 HBO movie channels, cable TV, VCR, DVD, Playstation2 and Stereo.

Playground, basketball court, soccer field and tennis courts located in Orange Tree community, just a short walk from villa.  Free use of tennis rackets and two sets of golf clubs. There are over 20 public golf courses within 20 minutes of the Villa.

There are two master bedrooms, one with a KING size bed, and the other with a QUEEN.  Both are ensuites and have their own bathroom.  There are two additional bedrooms, with both two twin beds, and a shared full bathroom. There is also a pull out queen size sofa bed in the family room.

The rates for this beautiful villa are for the whole Villa, which sleeps 10, not per person.
