RATES:
Our 4 bedroom is just $120 per night plus the mandatory 13% Tourist tax, and $70 Clean Fee. Minimum stay 3 days.
Our 3 bedroom is just $110 per night plus the mandatory 13% Tourist tax, and $65 Clean Fee. Minimun stay 3 days.
We require a $250 booking deposit to hold your dates, with the balance due 30 days prior to arrival. We also require a refundable $250 damage deposit, which is held until your departure inspection.
