Our privately owned villa can sleep up to 14; and there are two cots and a foldaway mattress. This 6 bedroom/4 bathroom villa is situated on a large corner plot; it has 2,800 square feet of pure luxury living space, and is furnished by a professional interior designer, to an exceptionally high standard.

Master bedroom 1 is located on the ground floor, and includes a 7ft King-size bed, a large mirrored dresser, TV and telephone. In addition, it also has a separate walk-in wardrobe, and an en-suite bathroom. The bathroom consists of a deep oval bath, a walk-in double shower, and 'his and hers' vanity units and separate toilet.

Master Bedroom 2 is also located on the ground floor and has easy access for wheelchairs, through a double opening door. Also furnished to an exceptionally high standard, it has a Queen-size bed, large mirrored dresser, a good size wardrobe and TV. The en-suite bathroom has a single vanity unit, toilet & shower.

Master Bedroom 3 is located on the upper floor. Again, furnished with a Queen-size bed, dresser, a good size wardrobe and TV. The en-suite bathroom has a bath with shower over, single vanity unit & toilet.

Bedrooms 4 & 5 are both twin rooms, designed especially for the younger age market (or perhaps those who are young at heart); both are full of the magic of Disney! In one of the rooms, we have provided an additional foldaway bed that is suitable for a small child. Great if you have three children who wish to share the same room.

Bedroom 6 is a well-furnished double room. It's complete with a dresser, wardrobe, and TV. This room is situated off the games room; so it's ideal for teenagers who wish to have a bit of space for themselves.

The living room is elegantly furnished and is the perfect place to relax and unwind. The high vaulted ceiling gives it a great sense of light and space. For your enjoyment, we have provided a large 52" wide-screen TV, a DVD player, and a CD hi-fi system.

The upgraded kitchen is fully equipped with top of the range appliances. Features include large Oven and Hob, Microwave, Refrigerator and Freezer with icemaker, Dishwasher; double sink with waste disposal, Toaster, Coffee maker, Blender, and many more added extras to make your holiday as stress-free as possible.
In addition to the main kitchen, we also have a separate laundry area; complete with a full-size Washer, Dryer, Iron & Ironing board.

For your pleasure, we have two dining areas. There's a bright and pleasant formal dining area that can accommodate six to eight people; it's perfect for that special evening in. Alternatively, if you prefer something more casual, a table and breakfast bar overlooks the kitchen area.

Our Games Room amenities include a 7ft Pool Table, Table Tennis, Table Hockey, Darts, Playstation2/DVD and a TV.

The finishing touch to our luxurious villa is the large, south facing, 28ft x 14ft, fully screened, Heatable, Floodlit Pool. It’s the perfect place to relax, unwind and soak up that Florida sunshine.The pool is set in a large 50ft sun decking with plenty of space for everyone. We have provided plenty of loungers, table and chairs, Sun umbrella & BBQ. There is also a child safety fence, should you be holidaying with little ones.

The development has a variety of communal facilities for you to enjoy FREE OF CHARGE. These include floodlit tennis courts, volleyball, basketball, a children's play area, and a communal pool. We have provided all the equipment you'll need at the villa for use at any of the above facilities.

Nearby you have all the excitement of Disney, Seaworld, Universal Studios, Old Town, Celebration and MANY other Orlando attractions. There are approx six golf courses within 5 minutes of the villa; these include the famous 'Championship Gate' designed by professional golfer Greg Norman. If shopping is more to your liking, then you won't be disappointed! There is an excellent choice of both outlets and malls within a 15-minute drive and for the essential goods you'll find both Publix and Walmart only a 5 minute drive away.

If you wish to explore a little further a field, then head towards the East coast where you can find the Kennedy Space Centre, and beaches such as Daytona or Cocoa. However, you may prefer to visit the West coast where you'll find the beautiful white beaches of the Gulf Coast, including resorts such as Clearwater and St. Pete. Both coastlines are approximately 1 hour away and are perfect for a great day excursion.

What ever you like to do, I'm sure you'll find plenty to suit your individual needs. Our villa is centrally located just a few miles from either the Interstate 4 or Highway 192, so it's an ideal location for easy access to everything Orlando has to offer.
