Beautiful three bedroom, two and a half bathroom villa located in Rotonda West, one of the best kept secrets with a few minutes drive of the Gulf Coast. The Villa sleeps six people with a master suite and two other bedrooms. The sleeping accommodation in 3 bedrooms includes one queen-size bed, one double bed and one room with twin single beds. Hardwood floors are in all living areas and carpet in the bedrooms. There is a master suite bath with walk-in shower and large bath, a guest bathroom and a separate poolside toilet.

The living area opens to the open plan kitchen and both have sliding glass doors to the lanai (patio) and the solar heated pool with spa that overlook the river in a beautiful setting. Master bedroom and kitchen nook also open to pool area. 6 poolside chairs and large oval table help you enjoy outside relaxation. 4 cushioned sun-loungers are included to help you soak up the Florida sunshine! The pool can be safety screened and hire of baby equipment can be arranged, likewise for gas/standard barbecue, extra bikes etc. Just ask.

The Villa is individually owned and it is managed locally so guests can gain attention if required. It is set on a double plot of land in the midst of trees and this adds to the feeling of space.

Activities nearby include Golf – there are several golf courses in the vicinity, Biking, Tennis, Fitness Center, Gym, Miniature Golf, Sea & River Fishing, Nature Trails, Wildlife Viewing – State Parks, Horse Riding, Shopping, Restaurants, Cinemas, Sightseeing, Swimming, Snorkeling/Diving, Boating, Sailing, Kayaking, Jet Skiing, Shell collecting.

The property is cleaned and checked on Guests departure/before arrival. An optional guest “welcome pack” can be provided if requested at time of booking.

The villa is on the Rotonda (in a part known as Long Meadow) which is a large verdant landspace with its own nature reserve and nature trail, yet it is only a few minutes drive from fine sandy beaches. The villa is positioned beautifully and good dining out is nearby. River and sea fishing / boat hire are available locally.

1.5 hours driving to Tampa Airport, about 3 hours from Orlando & Miami). Sarasota, Venice and Bradenton have fine shopping. The villa is only a few minutes drive from sandy beaches.

Rental Rules and Policies:

Minimum rental is 4 days.

No Pets.

No Smoking.

The Property is cleaned and checked on Guests departure & before arrival.

Optional "welcome pack" can be provided if requested at time of booking.

Deposit required with reservation.

Reservations are subject to completion of a booking contract.

Rental Rates:

Subject to change without notice. US $880 - $1060 per week or UK £475 - £575 per week

additional days at equivalent daily rate.

Pool spa heating if required is additional $90 / £50 weekly – can be arranged locally - it is not normally needed.
