Our 2400 sq. ft. luxury Seagrove Beach, Florida condo is on Hwy 30-A, just east of Seaside, where "The Truman Show" was filmed. The unit, with a private pool and elevator, takes up the entire third floor of a four story building and fronts on the ocean. The home is all on one level with two balconies and has no steps. The beach is quiet and the sunsets are breathtaking. At night, the lights of Panama City glow over the ocean in the distance from the east and the lights of Destin from the west. Seagrove Beach and our condo are great for for families (good for family reunions). A 42 foot balcony overlooking the ocean walks out from the living/dining area or the master suite. A back balcony overlooks the pool and there is a one car garage and space for another car outside. Decorative "look thru" fireplace between the living room and master bedroom. The nine foot ceilings, granite counter tops, G.E. Profile appliances, and all ceramic or carpeted flooring throughout make this property and enjoyable experience.

The master bedroom has a king size bed, gulf front balcony, wet bar w/frig, stereo/CD/TD, whirlpool tub, separate shower, walk-in closet, twin sinks, deck. fireplace, TV, VCR, Phone, and alarm clock The second bedroom has a king size bed, private full bath, walk-in closet, TV, VCR, clock radio alarm, and phone. The third bedroom has a queen bed and shares full bath w/4th bedroom, balcony overlooking pool, clock radio alarm, and phone. The fourth bedroom has 2 sets of bunks; doubles on bottom, twins on top. Cheetah decor, kids love it but fine for adults as well. Room sleeps 6. TV/VCR wall mount. The entry hall has a half bath and bean bag chairs and other kids furniture (stored in closet) for your use.

 Any damage or extra cleaning fees will be taken out of the deposit.
 
 This does not include normal wear on the condo.
