The apartment is a one floor apartment (whitout lift), and is very luxurious and well-finished even in details. It has a double bed room, a lounge whit a double sofa bed, fire place and dining room, a kitchen is fully equipped, washing machine, dish washer, fridge, freezer, microwave, the bedroom and the living room are equipped with air conditioning, in the living room there is the TV, a bathroom has a shower. The apartment has a beautiful terrace 40sq. meters each.

In order to confirm the booking you will need to make a bank transfer for an amount of 30 euros/night as deposit. The remaining will be paid cash at the arrival. At the arrival you will be asked also to pay a damage deposit of 300€(415$), that will be returned at the end of the stay.
