Access to the pool can be gained from the living room, family room or master bedroom, each having alarmed and safety locking patio doors with clear views overlooking the entire pool area. The property has a separate living room and formal dining room making it ideal for individual families or larger groups, easily sleeping up to 10 people. The king size master bedroom is fitted with cable T.V. and has a walk-in wardrobe together with an en-suite bathroom comprising of twin vanity basins, tub bath, walk-in corner shower and separate WC. A queen size guest bedroom also with cable T.V has an adjoining bathroom, with access to the pool area providing the convenience of shower and WC facilities without having to walk through the living area.
