PALM GROVE AT THE BEACH

Enjoy the quiet and comfort of Palm Grove; just a one minute walk to the beach in Fort Myers Beach. Our home is located on Connecticut Street; just one house in from Estero Boulevard; adjacent to beach access #22. The access to the Gulf of Mexico and the seven miles of all public pet friendly white sand beach is excellent.

The new custom design pool and raised 6 person is surrounded by a screened lanai enclosure. The professionally landscaped yard surrounding the lanai is fenced for privacy. The hammock and loveseat swing in the yard are delightful additions. The setting off the rear of the house is spectacular with the waterfall from the spa cascading into the pool. The pool is heated and all the operations are all computer controlled. The pool heats to about 85 degrees each day and the spa heats to about 101 degrees each evening. There is a gas grill barbecue just outside the lanai for the convenience of our guests.

Occupancy is limited to four adults unless other specific arrangements have been made and approved in advance.
