It's just twenty minutes east of Disney World -- with quick access to all Orlando attractions via the newly opened Osceola Parkway. West Quail Ridge is a self-contained neighborhood that includes a lovely and peaceful private lake and a children's playground. The view from Casa Bobbie is particularly welcoming, as it looks out over a private lake that attracts all kind of tropical birds and small wildlife. There's nothing more relaxing than to watch the sunrise over this pretty lake, and the wild mallard ducks frolicking in the Florida sunshine.
This newer neighborhood includes five golf and country clubs, along with a large variety of shopping centers. The world-famous Florida Mall is just a short drive away, as is the Orlando International Airport (seven miles north).
