Featuring two bedrooms, one with a king sized bed, the second with a futon and a twin bed above (plus a second television & DVD), this home is great for a family of five! Beautifully designed and well decorated, there is plenty of sitting area in the living room, and the kitchen is open, featuring plenty of cabinets, storage, and everything that the chef will need.

The warm and welcoming living room offers two beige cream sofas, two ottomans, a large television, ceiling fan, and cream berber carpeting. The kitchen is wonderfully designed featuring a large breakfast bar and five comfortable stools with cream leather seats. There is a Hotpoint flat top burner range, white microwave, double sink, garbage disposal, and all white appliances and cabinets with oak trim.

The roomy bathroom features large ceramic tile with a corner shower & a washer and dryer for your convenience. There is a a large television in the living room, a small table that is perfect for our younger guests, a second television is located in the guest bedroom, and your beloved dog is also welcome too!

The deep lot is right on the lake with a dock, a great lakefront deck, grill, outdoor fireplace, flower boxes, and lots of trees, plants, and an outdoor sitting area for your complete relaxation.

Ogemaw Lake is a lovely, private lake, with this home being part of a no wake section. Fishing here is fabulous with plenty of walleye, bluegill, and bass. Access to the Rifle River is just across the street from the end of the lake. The Rifle River is very popular for fly fishing, canoeing, and tubing, and many steelhead are caught throughout the winter.

Our guests will only be eight miles from North Branch with the big outlet mall, shopping, dining, and golf, less than a half mile from the fairgrounds at the Harley Fest, and 25 miles from Lake Huron and Tawas Bay. There is a convenience store nearby at the marina.
